1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nilawar Services (operated by Nilawar Alliance Private Limited, referred to as "the Company", "we", or "us") through our website or Call4Man platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Nilawar Services is a platform connecting customers with independent service professionals (vendors) for home appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services. The Company acts as an intermediary facilitating service bookings and does not directly employ the service professionals.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • Your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Booking

When you book a service through our platform:

  • You agree to provide accurate service location, contact details, and service requirements
  • You agree to be present or have an authorized person present at the service location at the scheduled time
  • Service charges are based on pre-defined pricing published on our platform and may include inspection and labor charges
  • Additional parts or materials required will be quoted separately before proceeding

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made via:

  • Cash on delivery (at the time of service completion)
  • Online payment through UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking

All online payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. The Company is not liable for any payment failures or unauthorized transactions initiated by third parties.

6. Service Warranty

Services performed through our platform carry a warranty of 7 to 60 days depending on the type of service. During the warranty period, if the same issue recurs due to the service performed, we will arrange a re-service at no additional charge. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • New or unrelated issues arising after service
  • Consumable parts or components with a defined lifespan

7. Vendor / Service Professional Conduct

Service professionals (vendors) registered on our platform agree to:

  • Provide services professionally, honestly and with integrity
  • Maintain appropriate skill qualifications and certifications
  • Not charge customers amounts beyond the agreed platform pricing without prior approval
  • Comply with all platform policies and guidelines
  • Maintain customer data confidentiality

8. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
  • Misrepresent their identity, credentials, or service qualifications
  • Solicit customers outside the platform to avoid commission payments
  • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Acts or omissions of independent service professionals
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nilawar Services website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nilawar Alliance Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
